Houston for the Holidays

After we got back from Utah, we headed straight down to Houston to be with Clay's family for a few days.

Grandma and Grandpa have the best toys!

Ellery opening her big Christmas present from Grandma and Grandpa.

Little People princess castle. Each of the little people sing songs and have phrases they say when you put them in certain places within the castle. Ellery LOVES this new toy! She already loved her Little People, and now it's ten times more fun! I have lots of great videos of her playing with it, but I hate editing and uploading videos, so this picture is all you get, blog! Sorry.

We had so much fun at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Ellery enjoyed being their big helper outside with the broom and the rake. And I had a blast hanging out with my wonderful mother in law, chatting and playing with Ellery with her.

Ellery became particularly attached to Grandpa this trip. She's always loved him, but this time she begged for him every second he wasn't there! She'd tug on his finger at dinner and requested Grandpa to put her down to bed and for naps every night and day. I don't blame her though. He's a pretty fun Grandpa! : D

Thanks to our brother in law, Matt, for the tickets, and my in laws for watching Ellery, Clay and I got to go to another NBA game! Rockets vs Kings. We LOVE LOVE LOVE going to games! So fun.

View from our seat. This is the closest we've ever sat at an NBA game. Only a few rows up from the floor! Felt like a high school game, we were so close!

Clay's brother Jared and his wife and son were there too (close by, but not next to us), so we went over to say hi : )

After the game we had to snap a picture of Jimmer as he walked into the tunnel (since our seats were right above the tunnel). Not a huge fan of how his year is going in the NBA, but we have to be loyal. We loved him at BYU!

Jimmer giving Clay a thumbs up after we yelled "Go Jimmer!" to him : P haha
