Two things on my mind:
1) On day 6 of an awful, horrible, no good cold. Poor E is on her fourth nap for the day and it's only 2pm. She's NOT well today. She has a fever and is so sad. My cold hasn't gotten any better. So grateful for Clay. He's been picking up a lot of slack around here lately, and he's so so sweet about it.
He's the perfect valentine.
2) You know the cruise ship that's stranded in the ocean right now with no power and what not that's all over the news? Yeah, well that's the EXACT same ship we're supposed to take on a cruise in two weeks. Of course, it's cancelled due to tons of maintenance issues and lots of clean up to do...(feces and urine all over the carpets because of overflowing toilets? yuck!). Anyway, looks like no cruise for us after all or at least not for now. Or maybe still, but a different ship? We have some figuring to do.
So sorry that you're so sick! Especially on Valentine's Day...not fun. I'm so sorry about your cruise! I hope you guys come up with a great alternative. Hope you and E feel better.

ReplyDeleteUgh, sorry to everything! It's so hard being sick and a mom...moms should not be allowed to get sick! As o the cruise...what a disappointment! Can you book with someone else?
