We drove down to Houston to be with Clay's family for Thanksgiving. We celebrated our four year anniversary. Clay's parents watched E while we went to a yummy Indian restaurant and stuffed ourselves silly : ) We also spent an afternoon at the Children's museum with all the cousins (pictures of that to come later). We played games and had lots of yummy food. Always a good time when we visit!
Ellery having a blast destroying her grandparent's play room.
Watching a movie with sweet cousin Dallin.
While we were there, our niece Lili was sealed to her family in the temple. You can read about temple sealings here. It was very special to witness. We love our family and feel so blessed that we can be together as a family forever.
On the left, Clay's sister Ariane and her family in front of the Houston temple. On the right, Clay's sister Haley and her family.
Ellery had fun on the beautiful temple grounds with all the flowers and fountains.
We tried to not let her pick the flowers, but she got one and tried to blow it like a dandelion : )
Hugging cousin Gavin.
Grandma and Grandpa with their granddaughters.
After the temple sealing, we went back to Ariane's house to celebrate Lili's birthday. She turned one that day!
After the party, Ellery sang "Happy Birthday to you!" all day long, the rest of the day.
Ellery FINALLY mastered stairs for good this trip. She would have had them down a long time ago, if stairs were a regular thing for her, but she rarely sees stairs, so she's always had to relearn every time she tried them. But she's good now!
